These terms describe website use; they do not replace software licenses, procurement documents, engineering contracts or support arrangements. Versions, permissions, deployment, custom-code rights and maintenance responsibilities require agreement for the engagement.
Reasonable use
Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access non-public systems, or send malicious, infringing or unauthorized material through our contact channels. Confirm you have the necessary permissions before sharing project materials.
Content, brands and external links
Text, brands, code, fonts and third-party materials follow their respective rights and licenses. References to Yiplex products do not transfer their brands or licenses to YIQILAI.TECH. External providers are responsible for their own content and services.

REIT content describes research workflows and software engineering. It is not investment advice, a trading recommendation or a guarantee of returns.
