YIQILAI.TECH is a software company founded by Billgo. It works with enterprise teams on business software development, system integration, implementation, and handover.

Its working principles are to start with the work, make complexity manageable, and build for change. These guide requirements discussions, engineering decisions, and preparation for long-term use.

The website describes software work for asset operations, data and reporting, and research information and collaboration. Its illustrative workflow is a scenario, not a client case study.

Billgo’s career includes around 15 years of software development and more than a decade of real estate asset-management systems, including work at previous employers.
